What is our shipping policy?

All orders will be submitted to the chosen carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) for shipment no later than the end of the next business day. Please keep in mind that if you purchase a pot on a Friday, it may not ship until Monday for example. I will always try my best to get orders shipped as early as possible, but I am not Amazon Prime!

DOMESTIC

I ship to all 50 states in the USA and Canada.

INTERNATIONAL

The only international shipping I offer at this time is to Canada. Please check back in the future as I hope to be shipping worldwide in the near future.

What is our Refund and Returns policy?

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

There’s nothing worse than receiving a broken pot in the mail. That’s why If a pot arrives that was damaged during shipping, I will offer a full refund for the price of the pot and the shipping cost as long as I am notified via e-mail within 5 days of the receipt of the damaged pot (e-mail me at redtailpots@gmail.com). A clear photo of the damage must be attached to the e-mail. Refunds will not be issued if you damage the pot yourself after it has arrived.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted if the customer: 1. Contacts me regarding the return within 14 days of the receipt of the pot 2. Pays for return shipping and 3. The pot is received by me with absolutely no damage. This includes any damage incurred during return shipping due to poor packaging or by fault of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). Under no circumstance will I issue a refund for a return if the pot arrives to me broken or damaged. Because of this I would suggest that you purchase insurance for the value of the pot when shipping it to me to be safe. Upon receiving your return of an undamaged pot, a refund will be issued for the price of the pot and for the original outgoing shipping costs, but not including any of the associated return shipping costs.
